Just finished up making a faceplate for the mini lathe. I cut the blank from a 1/2" plate on the waterjet machine then machined all the faces on the mini-lathe itself.


As you can see, the faceplate is attached to the lathe's spindle with 3 - 1/4-20 studs with nuts. Yea, they are a little hard to get to, but I didn't make the machine, just the plate :-).
